   Thanks for sharing. My heart aches for the Chapman family. We were at the Epcot Christmas procession last year when Steven read the story of the birth of Christ. We love him and share his passion for children. Our children are adopted from Russia and my daughter is Maria’s age. I can’t imagine life without her. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Chapmans.

   In lieu of flowers, the Chapmans request any gifts be directed to Shaohannah’s Hope.

   More than five years ago, Chapman and his wife MaryBeth founded The Shaohannah’s Hope Ministry after bringing their first adopted daughter, Shaohannah, home from China. The ministry’s goal is to help families reduce the financial barrier of adoption, and has provided grants to over 1700 families wishing to adopt orphans from around the world.

   Bless their hearts I cannot imagine such a tragic accident. The family is and will be in our prayers.

   Thank you for posting this to help others know to lift the Chapmans up in prayer. Such a wonderful family with incredible testimonies. So hard to understand God’s plan but praying the family will see the grace of God throughout this tragic time and receive the peace that only God can give.

   Yes, thank you BSL for posting this message. It is such a tragic accident that I can’t even imagine what their entire family is going through and will experience for a long time. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Chapman family and I’m praying that God’s love and peace will surround them and that they will be comforted during this time.
