We say goodbye to Texas and all of our friends here in 16 days! (We are moving to the Northeast.) You can read our moving testimony here. The closing on our house up there got moved back so if you would join me in praying that it will close before we get there, I am proclaiming it will. If you have moved before, you know what a huge process moving is! We have had one roadblock after another, along with God’s hand in opening huge doors as well. Have you ever felt like you were on an emotional roller coaster that never ends? After almost a year of planning to move those 16 days are very near to my heart!

Oh, I understand! I was in your shoes, leaving Texas, 3 years ago next month. I’m praying for you during this journey, and I know you will be blessed in your new home!

Lori, it was so great to hug your neck on Friday and see you one last time before you go. I know that God did not roll out the red moving carpet for you guys to leave you hanging on this house closing. He is going to work it all out. I pray His peace will rest on you completely. You have been such a blessing in my life and I am excited for the people whose lives you will influence in your new town. Much love,
amanda

I just wanted to say I grew up in Salem, which is a small town near Hebron (15 mi. away) and loved it. Im sure it’ll be an adjustment from Texas but there really is a lot to do and your so close to Boston, and NYC, Niagra Falls…etc. Shopping in Manchester is awesome…there’s so much to do there as well. DONT forget to swing into the Chirstmas Tree Shop…it’s awesome! Ocean State Job Lot is a nice junk-type store as well. Anyway I hope you find the move easy on you and your family and I hope you enjoy your new home.
