Tips from Tracey: Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurants have a great special at participating locations where kids eat for 99 cents with no limit on how many kids meals can be ordered. Adult meals are not required. For example, If one adult ate with five children, they would spend about $14. This can be a very affordable night out for larger families.
If you are getting married or having a baby, don’t register at Target. Their new policy allows no returns off a gift registry without a receipt and you are limited to two $20 returns per year when you present your drivers license. This can leave a family with a lot of double and triple gifts that they are “stuck with!”

Thanks, Lori. I just printed the Lowe’s coupon. We need to buy paint today for my son’s bedroom. Guess where we’ll be going? FYI– the coupon is good until 6/30.

Target’s return policy is a real booger. I’ve been trying to return or exchange a sweater since Christmas, it scans at $24.99. I just keep going in every few weeks and asking if its gone on sale yet. They aren’t at all flexible. I could understand if you were asking for cash back, but I think they should be more lenient with store credits.

Thank you for this new information about Target. I just told my sister who is newly pregnant to register there– what a shame that they make it hard on those who are celebrating something wonderful!

Awesome deals thanks. So sad about Target…they were the best at one time for returns

We registered at Target with our first child and had a big problem with the associates not ringing it up on our registry, telling the gift purchaser that they “didn’t know how”… we ended up stuck with a few items that way.

there is also a .99 cents kids meal promotion going on at Applebees.
It is valid on Mondays only.
