I don’t have a blog yet…working on it. Frugal Friday tip - Yahoo groups to “freecycle” items. I joined a couple of yahoo groups in my local area where people can post if they are looking for items or giving away items. Over the last few months I received a flat screen monitor for the kids computer, a snow suit for my daughter, a ski bib for myself…all free!!!! You join the group and post your needs or your items to give a away. It’s a great find!

Good for you for sharing this tip. Where I live, many doctors are opting out of insurance all together. It can be very expensive to find good medical care.
