You should be able to print out the order confirmation on your email and it will show the exact amount your order was supposed to be charged for. You can fax it to them or mail it if there is an error. If for some reason the code did not go through, (they did fix it after a few days) I would go to the post office and return the extra pair of slippers. It’s not really worth $25 for an extra pair. Shipping it back yourself should run you $2-$3.

i recieved my order and my invoice showed that i was charged for one pair of slippers, and not lip gloss. tried persuading the cust. rep that my email confirmation showed i would recieve both free – but to no avail. any thoughts

Same as Audrea, I couldn’t get the lip gloss, but I did get the flanels and 2 slippers, all for less than $30!!!

AW….Lori. All those other ladies got the best deal. The lip gloss was removed due to “popular demand” – - Wish I’d checked my email over the weekend. Still, I was able to get the pj’s and two pair of slippers, with shipping for 34 bucks.
